My name is Mitchell and for the past eight years, I have been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist in North Sydney and surrounds. I have a passion for Psychology and mental health with a keen interest in treating anxiety disorders and helping people to achieve a high level of mental and emotional well-being.

My work is a true labour of love and I am dedicated to my clients to help them reorient their beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and get them the outcomes they’re after.

I take a completely open, non-judgmental, and empathic approach with everyone I work with and I tailor my methods to each individual in a way that is most beneficial to them. 

I’ve assisted many clients ranging from children to older adults with extensive work in public hospitals and private hospitals. Most of my work has been serving working professionals in private practice who are my main focus, helping them overcome anxiety, stress, and depression. 

In all of these settings, I have been involved in the care of clients with mild to severe mental health concerns and have helped to produce ideal outcomes for many.
